Maybe you're missing the Drivers for it?
First I'd suggest you turn everything off, unplug everything, open the box, see
if any connections severed, see if it's clean, close it up, re-plug everything,
turn the power on, and if you still get the same error, then F9 during start up
to boot it in safe mode, and see connection devices.
If indeed you might have lost the driver for it by accident, then either find
the CD for it, or download if from the net.
All you need if the mark of the keyboard, and details of the model.
If all else fails take it to a repair shop.
I think NGE is not an over, and over watch anime for me.
But some are;
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni - incredible story, development, and constant things
you miss, and pick up on.
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai - season 2 is even better, with an incredible
conclusion to the elusive plot.
Kanon - who wouldn't? I've seen it more then once!
Clannad - when it's over I will be sure to re-watch this amazing work from
key!
That's all I can think of!
My personal I would have to choose preferred character;
Rena Ruugu.
Reason; I love how sweet she can be, then how easily she can turn, and have the
vampire eyes, and the look, as well as tone which creeps you out, and sends
chills down your spine!
Then one of the best moments, in season 2;
Rena says; "How cute I want to take her home" when Hanyuu transfers
in, and then tries several times to carry her away!
That was the best!
Also weapon of choice; Rena's cleaver, even in season 1, it had amazing look,
with her on the cliff, and in season 2 she took out so many guys with it, ah
just the best seeing that weapon in her hands in action, and how evil it makes
her look!
Hm...this is an interesting question, and to say it, simple; YES!
I do still like it, even thought so much has changed, you can still go back, and
re-watch the ones from the good old days, and always wait for something new, and
better!
I do end up skipping to the best part most of the time due to seeing it before,
that's what kind of upsets me re-watching it!
I prefer anime around the 25-40 episode limit, as said; "short, and
sweet" nothing to be killed with spoilers, and kept with the original art
team.
I like the plot to be evenly distributed, among the time of the series, and not
have a slow start / rapid end.
In the end if it's long but good, and short but bad, well end up watching it,
and then make decisions!
I've been introduced to anime at about the age of 17 if not 16, but I have not
been sucked into it, until I began editing it for videos.
As of 2007 I began to watch more, and more, that's the age of 20 when I really
got into anime.
As for being too old to watch amazing works of art (manga) onto the live screen,
which are short, sweet, and has all you need, and love to satisfy your day at
the computer.
Well I don't think there is a limit, people all over the world watch it, and age
doesn't really play a role.
So; how old? - can be said simply until we are no longer able to!
Several people already stated, and I would agree.
So far the anime;
True Tears.
Has been one of the most colorful, CGI animated, and very detailed.
Beginning of the anime was very well done, storyline seems to flow well for now,
each character is being developed at a similar rate, doesn't seem to be a
separate "arc" for anyone yet.
You never know what will happen, and all together it's a beautiful anime to
watch.
Colors - simply marvelous, recommend the anime to anyone, and everyone.
@Deathbonewitch - The singers daughter dies by choking on the cigarette, that
her mother (now a contractor) was addicted to, and thus caused her to now chew,
and throw them up, as her punishment, as well as using her powers.
But mainly she feels utter guilt, for her daughters death, and thus tries to
quarrel with it, by doing the same, when she eats, and then trows up the
cigarettes to feel what her daughter did.
@nimiru - Kirsi / Yin, was a girl, it's not formally explained, but she is 100%
referenced to as a doll, which she is, and then in the end her powers
magnify.
But as we saw in the first episodes with the other woman, whom was taught to be
real, she was a doll with implanted emotions of a human, and thus may be the
same for Yin, whom has the same body, and emotions of Kirsi, and
memories.
But there is episode that was released on DVD;
2008-03-26
26. Beneath the Fully Bloomed Cherry Blossoms
I don't know if that would explain anything, but I haven't seen it, so can't say
for sure if that would provide some insight.
If we were to choose from this anime (war) where the Archer was unknown, then I
would select him.
Reason be, is that his ability allows him to imagine, and execute Noble
Phantasms, and thus there is no limit to his strength!
From just one shot he threw Berserker on defense, and took so many lives from
him.
So to put it, he's fast, agile, and has a well of power untapped.
With the right master, and jewels, his combat skills alone would keep all at a
distance, and being an archer, that's the prefer ed combat style.
Yes Saber has incredible power, but just to summon her sword takes forever.
Berserker, well he just rushes in all Physical, nothing else, amazing he even
lasted that long.
Lancer, way too open, for using a double handed weapon.
Rider, basically a ninja, and can easily be detected by archers senses.
Caster is a mage, long range, and weak physical.
So overall Archer is top choice, and as we all saw they depend on masters, so
weak master then servant class wouldn't matter.
The second season tells you alot more information, and shows how the characters
come to realize a bit more of what has happened, and even though I'm not done
watching season 2, I love how the plot unfolds, and Rika whom is the one
struggling the most is holding strong!

I just finished watching;
Da Capo II
If anyone is going to watch it, prepare yourself, because it's deceiving, and odd.

Depends on the moment, and most of the time just a sad feeling, and teary, but no crying!
